Do your fears and uncertainties about your pregnancy keep you up at night? Maybe you heard a story from someone about how terrifying their birth experience was or seeing a mother weeks after having her baby and she looks exhausted. She confides in you how demanding it is to do everything for everyone and it's burning her out.

The journey of motherhood is not always happy faces and pleasant memories, but you don't need to be afraid of it.

Together we can dig deep and find the big and little fears that have been on your mind and arm you with the tools and resources to feel confident and empowered. As a doula I am your biggest fan, cheering you along the way and giving you gentle encouragement whether that is emotional support and in the action guiding you and your partner during one of the most transforming moments of your life. Becoming parents.

Here is what you can expect as you consider inviting me to be your Doula!

When you contact me via email or through my website, I will send you an email response within 24 hours to confirm I have availability for your estimated due date.

 

If I am available, we can schedule a day for an Interview with a Coffee in person or virtually. During our meeting, you may ask as many questions as you need to feel confident in your decision! Birth and your Postpartum are an intimate and life-changing time in your life and I want you to feel completely comfortable around me.

 

Scheduling a consult does NOT mean you have to move forward with me! If we for some reason do not work out, don't worry, I can help you find a doula better suited for your specific needs.

If you decide to invite me to be a part of your support team, great! We will go over my service contract together and start building your birth plan and focus on eliminating your fears through knowledge and tools to help build your confidence.

 

My birth and postpartum services are also virtual.

All my services can intertwine with each other so you can pick as many or as little as you want. Your experience is unique and my packages are customizable to your needs and desires.
